Proverbs 24:6 indicates that for winning war one needs guidance and that victory/safety is the result of many counselors/advisors. Scripture is awash with examples of people who came won victories, avoided adversity and came to their destiny by having spiritual guidance.

The Urim and Thummim Technology

Ancient Israel had a technology of decision making which involved seeking the mind of God via the priest. The purpose of the Urim and Thummim was to help the High Priest determine God’s will and receive divine guidance. U&T therefore represents the ability to discern God’s will and to live in alignment with His truth.

In the NT, the veil of the temple has been torn and we have access to God. However, we obtain a more complete picture when we get insights from our brothers and sisters in the LORD.

1 Corinthians 13:9 tells us that we see in part and prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the part-seeing is done away with. The context of this scripture is a Church that comes into maturity – which is evidenced by their love. This means that even though I have sight of the God-given vision for my business, there is a place for receiving insights from other believers in a loving environment of pursuing perfection and maturity.

Perfection/Maturity Lessons from Ephesians 4

• Everyone has been given a grace.

The primary grace given to the saints in Melnet is the ability to found and build businesses.
